APPLICATIONS
Whether you're interested in performing, Vending or Volunteering, we would love to hear from you!
Performers applications are now open and will close March 1st. Selections will be made and chosen performers will be confirmed by March 15th (in many cases you will be contacted much sooner).
We are looking for BC based artists from solo performers to full bands that play primarily Rock, Blues and Folk, family friendly music.
Artisan and food Vendors applications will be accepted until all spots are filled. We will do our best to ensure we have a variety of unique vendors with minimal overlap in products. Last year we saw over 1000 adult guests and this year we are planning for similar numbers so this is a wonderful opportunity to get your handmade products out there into the hands of happy customers!

Volunteer applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis up until the festival, so if you are interested in helping, please apply.
Why volunteer:
Without volunteers our festival is not possible. We ask that if you commit to a minimum 4 hour shift we will give you CAMPING PRIVILEGES for any volunteer age 19 and over - sorry no minors overnight and no plus 1's - friends want to camp too?
Perfect, tell them to volunteer :) Only Volunteers, Vendors and Artists are able to camp.
FREE ENTRY - Reimbursement of your ticket after your shift is complete
And once its all said and done, you can feel good knowing you helped make this family friendly festival a success for the Northwest to enjoy!

ARE YOU INTERESTED IN PERFORMING?
Want to play at FARM FEST? Excellent! Just fill out our online form before March 1st at Midnight and you could be on stage in front of a crowd of adoring fans. Performers perks include fair compensation, lots of snacks and exclusive camping privileges not available to the general public.
ARE YOU AN ARTISAN WITH PRODUCTS TO SELL?
Do you have handmade products you would like to sell at our festival? We are looking for artisans and entrepreneurs that create a variety of products from paintings, macrame, candles, sculptures, clothing, leather work, and even home grown flowers or veggies! If you make it, bake it or grow it, we'd love to see you apply to be a part of FARM FEST 2025's vendors market.
ARE YOU A LICENSED FOOD VENDOR?
Do you have a food truck or stand? We want to hear from you!
You must have Insurance and a license to prepare and serve food - and be prepared to serve hundreds of hungry guests throughout the day.
If you think you have what it takes to operate from 12pm when gates open, until 9pm, we would love to have you join us for FARM FEST 2025!
